As your Online Business Manager, I am here to work inside your business to streamline your operations and look after your existing team. We will work together to establish the systems in your business, by creating Standard Operating Procedures. Part of creating the SOPs (System Operating Procedures) is setting up a project management platform if you don’t already have one in place and onboarding your team to the new system. Having a project management platform will ensure all is housed in one place, so things don’t get lost in the shuffle and not completed. Do you have a launch coming up, part of my role is to ensure that the launch gets off the ground smoothly.
We will have regular meetings to evaluate your operations and implement improvements to grow your business.

What is a VIP Day?
A VIP Day is a dedicated day to go over an Ops Review of your current systems and what can be implemented. The VIP Day is customizable to fit your specific needs! Here’s just a taste of what you can expect:
- A Zoom call providing you with a three-hour intensive strategy session.
- A sixty-minute follow-up call that incorporates training and implementation suggestions.
- A deep dive into your Company Goals, People, Processes, Progress, Metrics, Daily Operations, and Urgent Fires.
- The goal is to take the overwhelm off your shoulders and put you back into your zone of genius.
- An action plan to help you navigate your pain points as well as a thorough walk-through of how to implement this for yourself as well as for your team.
- You will get a recording of our time together so you can reference it when you need it.
- Deliverables within seven business days of the initial meeting.
